Key Responsibilities * Complete PPM and reactive maintenance * Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults * Support utilities including steam, compressed air, refrigeration and electrical systems * Maintain bakery and packaging machinery * Record maintenance activities using CMMS * Support equipment upgrades, installations and projects * Conduct root cause analysis to reduce downtime * Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota * Ensure compliance with health, safety and food manufacturing standards What We're Looking For * Engineering apprenticeship or recognised engineering qualification * Multi-skilled maintenance experience within manufacturing * Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills * Experience with three-phase systems, motors, drives and pneumatics * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics * CMMS experience * Full UK driving licence Desirable * Food manufacturing, bakery or FMCG experience * PLC fault-finding skills * 18th Edition qualification * Boiler or steam systems knowledge * IOSH, HACCP or MEWP certification Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
