What you'll do:
- Handle a full spectrum of residential property matters
- Manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Oversee new build purchases, ownership transfers, lease extensions, and re-mortgages
- Drive marketing and business development to build the team's presence in Chatham
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 5 years PQE in residential property law
- Strong background acting for homeowners and investors, ideally in Kent
- Commercial awareness and ability to add value to the practice
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
