Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day‑to‑day factory production operations.
  • Oversee multiple departments and shift structures.
  • Deliver production targets, efficiency, and on‑time output.
  • Drive continuous improvement, reducing waste and downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Optimise production flow, systems, and factory performance.
  • Develop SOPs, KPIs, and operational reporting structures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production management teams.
  • Build strong succession planning and team capability.
  • Control labour, cost, waste, and operational expenditure.
  • Support new product launches and process scale‑up.
  • Collaborate with Technical, QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

  • Strong background in frozen or high‑volume FMCG environments.
