Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced automotive professional to inspire the next generation. Whether you're looking to trade your tools for teaching or already have classroom experience, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact.

You will deliver dynamic teaching across Levels 1-3 in workshop and classroom settings, with a focus on service, maintenance, hybrid and electric vehicles. You will guide learners through apprenticeships and adult education, using your industry expertise to bring lessons to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Motor Vehicle courses, including light vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair.
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
  • Support, guide, and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, assessments and internal quality documentation.
  • Keep up to date with industry standards, technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
About You:
  • Qualified to Level 3 (or higher) in Motor Vehicle / Automotive Engineering.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).
  • Strong industry experience in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
  • Ability to engage and inspire learners of all abilities.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
