Salary: £28,411 per annum + commission (OTE £45,000)

Hours: Full - Time

Our client is seeking an ambitious, motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager to join a growing Employer Engagement and Innovation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in apprenticeship and commercial growth while building strong, long-term employer partnerships across South East London.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and manage relationships with construction employers (SMEs and larger contractors)
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into training partnerships
  • Promote apprenticeship and training programmes aligned to employer needs
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure a high-quality employer experience
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and conversion rates
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, networking groups, and employer forums
  • Contribute to sector growth strategies and employer engagement plans
