What you\âll do
Win new business across the central Brighton area
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Act as the main contact for key clients
Build strong relationships and upsell effectively
Promote brand presence and be active in your territory
Follow up leads promptly
Negotiate agreements and prepare proposals
Monitor market trends for opportunities
Work closely with brand partners and internal teams
Attend monthly meetings at the Manston office
Prepare monthly reports and join weekly sales calls
Support wine sales targets as part of bonus metrics
What we\âre looking for
Minimum 2 years\â fieldâbased sales experience
Onâtrade experience preferred
Strong B2B local knowledge
Full clean UK driving licence
Strong communicator, strategic thinker and selfâstarter
WSET L1 and a degree are desirable
Confident, charismatic personality with drive and resilience
Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly
