This rewarding role involves supporting young people and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Support learners in educational, social, and personal development activities
- Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and positive learning behaviours
- Assist with implementing individual support plans and EHCP outcomes
- Provide personal care and mobility support where required
- Help identify and overcome barriers to learning and participation
- Support learners to access all available college services and activities
