Morgan Jones is working confidentially on behalf of a well-established and growing precision engineering manufacturer based in Kent. Our client is seeking a Senior CNC Machinist/Programmer to join a high-spec machine shop, offering genuine ownership of work from drawing through to production. This is not a button-pushing role. It suits an experienced engineer who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes and taking responsibility for quality and output.
The Role
- Programming and setting CNC machines independently
- Working from technical drawings through to finished components
- Producing precision parts to tight tolerances
- Improving tooling, cycle times and machining efficiency
- Supporting continuous improvement across the workshop
- Acting as a senior presence within the machine shop
