Job Coach Location: Rotherham Salary: £25,090 per annum Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Excellent benefits package including up to 41 days annual leave + LGPS pension + subsidised travel Are you passionate about empowering young people with additional needs to thrive in the workplace? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider in South Yorkshire who is seeking three dedicated Job Coaches to support young learners with Education Health and Care Plans (EHC Plans) on Pre and Supported Internship programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by guiding learners into meaningful employment. Your role will include: * Supporting learners with EHC Plans during work placements * Delivering in-work coaching and gradually reducing support as independence grows * Encouraging travel independence and essential workplace behaviours * Liaising with employers, maintaining clear expectations, and tracking learner progress * Recording key data, learner reviews, and employer feedback * Promoting inclusive employment by empowering learners to showcase their value * You’ll work across employer sites in Rotherham and the surrounding areas, so the ability to travel independently is required.
