Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an IT role
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
  • Experience with helpdesk systems and ticketing tools
  • Knowledge of O365, Hyper‑V, Meraki, or endpoint management tools
  • Understanding of cyber security frameworks and practices
  • Relevant qualifications such as CompTIA Security+

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor our IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and user devices
  • Support LAN, WAN, switches, Hyper‑V, SAN, and telephony systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and security incidents
  • Assist with patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
  • Support audit preparation including Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, and GDPR
  • Maintain security controls, policies, and documentation
  • Assist with IT stock management and procurement
  • Support security awareness and training tracking
  • Work with wider teams to resolve incidents in line with SLAs
