Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Experience with helpdesk systems and ticketing tools
- Knowledge of O365, Hyper‑V, Meraki, or endpoint management tools
- Understanding of cyber security frameworks and practices
- Relevant qualifications such as CompTIA Security+
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor our IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and user devices
- Support LAN, WAN, switches, Hyper‑V, SAN, and telephony systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and security incidents
- Assist with patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
- Support audit preparation including Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Maintain security controls, policies, and documentation
- Assist with IT stock management and procurement
- Support security awareness and training tracking
- Work with wider teams to resolve incidents in line with SLAs
