As Sales Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to sales and estimating functions. You’ll manage enquiries from first contact through to project handover, ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and logging customer enquiries
- Preparing and issuing quotations and proposals
- Monitoring and following up on quotation status
- Assisting with tender submissions and PQQs
- Coordinating sales and tender documentation
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM and sales records
- Producing reports on enquiries and conversions
- Supporting sales-to-operations handovers
- Working in line with HSEQ and IMS procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in sales administration or commercial support
- Confidence handling quotations, enquiries, or tenders
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines

- Experience within construction, engineering, or similar
