Recruiter Location: Huddersfield Salary: £17.44 per hour Contract: Until 31 January 2027 The Opportunity Our client, a well-established global organisation, is seeking a Recruiter to provide end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support within a busy HR function. This role is ideal for someone with previous recruitment coordination, talent acquisition or HR administration experience who enjoys delivering a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage the recruitment lifecycle through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling * Support hiring managers, recruiters and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment process * Administer offers, onboarding activities and pre-employment checks * Coordinate background screening and reference checks * Support immigration compliance requirements where required * Create and format job descriptions in line with employer branding guidelines * Arrange candidate travel and interview logistics * Process recruitment-related expenses * Maintain accurate records and audit documentation * Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures and legislation * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition processes What We're Looking For * Previous experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or HR administration * Experience using ATS or HR systems * Strong organisational and administrative skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Customer-focused and proactive approach * Confidence working with recruitment data and reporting Why Join Our Client? * Competitive hourly rate * Long-term contract opportunity * Experience within a respected global organisation * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Opportunity to develop HR and talent acquisition expertise Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
