Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker who enjoys precision work rather than heavy fabrication?
We're recruiting for a well-established precision engineering manufacturer producing high-quality metal components for specialist applications.
If you enjoy working from engineering drawings, producing accurate components and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
The role
Working as part of an experienced production team you'll manufacture precision sheet metal components using a variety of fabrication techniques.
Typical duties include
- Fine limit sheet metal fabrication
- Forming and assembly
- Reading engineering drawings
- Deburring and drilling
- Spot welding
- Producing high-quality precision components
- Supporting continuous improvement across production We're looking for someone with experience in
- Precision sheet metal fabrication
- Fine limit sheet metal
- Engineering drawings
- Fabrication and assembly
- Metal forming
- Deburring
- Drilling
- Spot welding Experience of TIG welding would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Experience using CNC press brakes, guillotines or rollers would also be advantageous.
