An organised Estates Admin campus education estate. Manage transport, fleet, compliance, CAFM systems and estates admin in a permanent role with strong benefits, pension and development in a values-led environment.

About the role:

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Estates Admin for the site education estate. Reporting to the Director of Estates, Facilities, Security and Health, you will work on-site across multiple campuses, acting as the first point of contact for estates enquiries, contractors, and transport operations, while supporting compliance, systems, and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for estate queries, inbox and telephone
  • Support estates teams across multiple campuses with clear communication
  • Manage minibus bookings, scheduling and transport issues
  • Line manage College Drivers and coordinate rotas, training and routes
  • Oversee fleet compliance, including MOT, servicing, tax and insurance
  • Maintain compliance records, inventories and equipment registers
  • Support COSHH
