About the Role

You will lead the delivery of construction apprenticeship programmes across Rotherham and Dearne Valley campuses, ensuring high-quality training, strong learner progress, and excellent employer alignment. The role involves day-to-day leadership of assessors and tutors, quality assurance, and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate construction apprenticeship provision
  • Line manages and support teaching and assessing staff
  • Ensure high-quality learner experience and outcomes
  • Oversee quality assurance and awarding body compliance
  • Drive innovation aligned with employer needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in apprenticeship delivery and assessment (construction preferred)
  • Strong understanding of FE and Apprenticeship Standards
  • Level 3+ vocational qualification and Assessor Award (TAQA/A1)
  • IQA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve)
