Salary: £18.57 per hour
Contract: Full-time, until 27th March 2026
Hours: 32.5 Monday - Friday 9 am - 3.30 pm

The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, agencies, and specialist teams
- Lead in a curriculum area to identify and monitor support needs
- Manage a caseload of learners, tracking progress and achievement
- Support learners independence and self-advocacy skills
- Assist with planning and implementing support provision
- Coordinate the LSA team cover and day-to-day activities
- Ensure learners safety, well-being, and access to resources
- Develop expertise in areas such as sensory needs, dyslexia, EAL, or speech & language
About You
- Must have proof of minimum Level 2 in Maths & English / Supporting SEN Qualification to L3
- SEN support qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience working with SEN learners in education
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to safeguarding
A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this role.
