About the Role
Our Client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their People Services team on a temporary basis until November 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop their HR experience within a busy and supportive environment.
As the first point of contact for the department, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the HR function, including filing, photocopying, document management, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain departmental records and confidential employee information.
- Input, update, and retrieve data from HR systems and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, audits, monitoring information, and statistics.
- Support recruitment and job evaluation processes, including arranging panels and meetings.
- Coordinate hearings and meetings, preparing and distributing documentation as required.
- Provide advice and support to managers and colleagues regarding HR processes.
- Assist with project work and support the wider team during busy periods.
- Manage stationery and office supplies as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes.
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using databases and systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
- A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude to work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
