Key responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support- Process customer orders accurately and within deadlines
- Resolve payment, delivery, and service queries
- Collaborate with sales to share feedback and forecasting insights
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Prepare export and customs documentation for EU and ROW shipments
- Coordinate with vets, logistics providers, and import agents
