Our client, a respected and expanding property business, is seeking a confident Residential Sales Manager to oversee their Canterbury branch. This is a key leadership role offering autonomy, progression, and the chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations
  • Ensure smooth running of all office functions
  • Maintain and implement SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and Trading Standards
  • Act as the main key holder and oversee security
  • Handle enquiries, valuations and viewings diary
  • Manage staff rotas, holidays and absence
  • Review property details and ensure compliance
  • Monitor Alto updates and delegate leads
  • Complete desktop valuations and market appraisals
  • Oversee rental contract packs and Smart Compliance
  • Track AML checks and manage key systems
  • Liaise with Sales Progressor, Marketing and portals
  • Produce monthly pipeline reports
  • Lead, mentor and support branch staff
  • Conduct reviews, training, inductions and CPD
  • Promote valuations and drive new business
  • Attend networking and promotional events
