  • Support managers with sensitive casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and workforce data
  • Contribute to HR reporting and organisational change projects
  • Assist with policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (essential)
  • Strong HR advisory experience and knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident handling of sensitive issues with discretion
  • Experience in Safer Recruitment or willingness to develop expertise
  • Background in charity, education, or the public sector is advantageous
