- Handle leasehold enfranchisement cases
- Manage freehold acquisitions and disposals
- Undertake general commercial and residential property work

- 3+ years PQE in property law
- Strong knowledge of long leasehold work, including enfranchisement and lease extensions
- Experience with service/maintenance charge disputes
