Our client, a respected and expanding property business, is seeking a confident Branch Manager to oversee their Canterbury branch. This is a key leadership role offering autonomy, progression, and the chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations
- Ensure smooth running of all office functions
- Maintain and implement SOPs
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and Trading Standards
- Act as the main key holder and oversee security
- Handle enquiries, valuations and viewings diary
- Manage staff rotas, holidays and absence
- Review property details and ensure compliance
- Monitor Alto updates and delegate leads
- Complete desktop valuations and market appraisals
- Oversee rental contract packs and Smart Compliance
- Track AML checks and manage key systems
- Liaise with Sales Progressor, Marketing and portals
- Produce monthly pipeline reports
- Lead, mentor and support branch staff
- Conduct reviews, training, inductions and CPD
- Promote valuations and drive new business
- Attend networking and promotional events
