Agricultural Engineer (Field-Based) Competitive Salary DOE Full-time, Permanent Our client, a well-established agricultural machinery dealer aligned to a leading global brand, is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join their Eastern team.

This is a field-based role working from a fully equipped van across a local patch (typically within 50 miles of depot).

The Role

  • Service, diagnose and repair a range of agricultural machinery and associated equipment
  • Use laptop-based diagnostics alongside hands-on engineering work
  • Travel to farms and customer sites, providing excellent on-site support
  • Manage your own workload independently while maintaining high standards

  • Level 2+ qualification (or equivalent experience) in Land-Based or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in agricultural, plant or similar service environments
  • Confident, customer-facing communication skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons Benefits
