Due to the success of the company and the growth we are experiencing, we are looking for a Resourcing Assistant to work on a high-volume contract. You will be working as part of a fast-paced, diverse, vibrant and established team who promote a collaborative, supportive and fun environment to work in.

About the role

The Scheduling Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of a high-volume contract. This position is responsible for ensuring all staff are compliance-checked, properly inducted, and efficiently scheduled to meet operational demands. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling day-to-day inquiries from both staff and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating shift schedules
  • Managing workforce availability
  • Maintaining compliance records
  • Ensuring all team members are fully prepared before starting their assignments
  • Acting as a key point of contact
  • Providing ongoing support to ensure workforce efficiency and seamless service delivery

Key Accountabilities:

  • Screen candidates and develop and manage a robust pipeline of varied candidates in line with the contract needs
  • Contact relevant candidates daily to ensure smooth registration
  • Effectively communicate with candidates via email and phone
  • Develop professional working relationships with candidates and provide necessary information where required
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with prospective candidates to enhance the reputation of our company
  • Verify and upload candidate documentation to the company database whilst recording activity
  • Support consultants and senior management with high volume scheduling which can have last minute changes
  • Support consultants with the organisation of inductions including sending out confirmations and telephone candidates to ensure receipt
  • Resource candidates for specific industries based on market trends and anticipated requirements
  • Work as a team to allocate targets and achieve weekly/daily KPIs
  • Work with the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet the compliance standards of the relevant framework agreement
  • Developing a good understanding of clients, their teams, what they do and their work culture and environment
  • Handling enquiries

  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Following up on business communications
