We are currently recruiting two Chef de Partie positions for a temporary assignment based in Broadstairs, starting on 27th July and running initially until the end of August. This is a great opportunity for experienced chefs looking for flexible summer work within a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will play a key role in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring food is prepared and presented to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your designated section
  • Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Assisting with stock rotation and maintaining food safety procedures
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic work area
  • Following all health and safety and HACCP guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or strong experience at Commis/Sous Chef level
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Flexible availability across a 3–4 day weekly rota
