Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with talent and clients by phone and email
- Support senior coordinators and directors
- Bookings using a digital scheduling system
- Provide quotes and negotiate fees
- Generate and chase invoices and financial info
- Review contracts and flag amendments
- Monitor potential delays and issues
- Test communication/recording software
- Data entry into CMS and website
- Proofread, correct and publish content
- Organise media assets and track outstanding items
- Maintain accurate records and folders
