Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with talent and clients by phone and email
  • Support senior coordinators and directors
  • Bookings using a digital scheduling system
  • Provide quotes and negotiate fees
  • Generate and chase invoices and financial info
  • Review contracts and flag amendments
  • Monitor potential delays and issues
  • Test communication/recording software
  • Data entry into CMS and website
  • Proofread, correct and publish content
  • Organise media assets and track outstanding items
  • Maintain accurate records and folders
