Our Client is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join their Construction and Engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity to share your industry expertise while helping learners develop the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in the electrical industry.
Working with students across a range of Electrical Installation programmes up to Level 3, you will deliver engaging lessons, provide assessment and support, and contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality learning programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across Electrical Installation programmes.
- Support students to achieve excellent outcomes and develop industry-relevant skills.
- Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and academic support.
- Act as a course or group coordinator where required.
- Participate in student recruitment activities, open events, and course promotion.
- Support learners with work experience opportunities and employer engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate student attendance, assessment, and progress records.
- Embed English and Maths within learning activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

About You
- Full Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification including NVQ and AM2.
- Minimum five years' verifiable industry experience.
- Teaching or training experience within Electrical Installation or a related discipline.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong communication, organisational, and learner support skills.
- Passion for education and developing future talent.
