About the role

Our client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support maintenance, installation, commissioning and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment is safe, reliable and operating efficiently while supporting wider engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Support planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
  • Fault find and repair mechanical and electrical systems
  • Assist with installation, relocation and commissioning of machinery
  • Support automation upgrades and process improvements
  • Carry out fabrication, fitting and equipment adjustments
  • Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering, production and maintenance teams
  • Support contractors during service and installation work
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
