Key Responsibilities:- Support the Transport Manager and team in daily operations
- Plan and arrange loads to customers and collections
- Handle transport administration tasks and reporting
- Supervise drivers and advise customers on deliveries
- Generate PODs and ensure paperwork accuracy
- Maintain compliance with legal and FORS requirements
- Assist with vehicle servicing and defect rectification
- Work with managers to maintain quality procedures
- Ensure Health & Safety, COSHH, and environmental standards
- Follow IT/business system guidelines for data integrity
- Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by management
- Previous experience in transport planning or logistics
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as an HGV Planner or transport operator
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and IT skills
