Join a successful and growing Kent-based manufacturer as a Sales Coordinator. Support key customer accounts, manage orders from enquiry to delivery, liaise across departments and play a vital role in customer satisfaction.
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 3:00pm Friday
Contract: Permanent, following successful completion of probation

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day administration and customer communications
- Process and track customer orders from receipt through to delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for major OEM customer accounts
- Liaise with production and shipping teams to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Maintain CRM systems, pricing information and customer records
- Prepare customer invoices and delivery documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvements within order management processes
Skills & Experience Required
- 2-5 years' experience within sales support, account coordination or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales administration processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems would be advantageous
- HubSpot experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn
