About the role
Our client is seeking a reliable, hands-on Setter Finisher to join a small, friendly production team in Kent. This is a varied position combining assembly, finishing, preparation and packing to ensure products are ready for installation and delivery. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors in a stable, well-established environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble finished products to specification
- Install components and fittings
- Prepare products for dispatch
- Pack completed orders securely
- Carry out final quality checks
- Support general finishing activities
- Work both indoors and outdoors as required
- Ensure orders are accurate and completed on time
About you
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly or production
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and take ownership
