About the role

Our client is seeking a reliable, hands-on Setter Finisher to join a small, friendly production team in Kent. This is a varied position combining assembly, finishing, preparation and packing to ensure products are ready for installation and delivery. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors in a stable, well-established environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assemble finished products to specification
  • Install components and fittings
  • Prepare products for dispatch
  • Pack completed orders securely
  • Carry out final quality checks
  • Support general finishing activities
  • Work both indoors and outdoors as required
  • Ensure orders are accurate and completed on time

About you

  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly or production
