This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as an Administrator, where you will play a key role in supporting the business and delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities * Booking assignments using the case management system. * Liaising with clients to understand instructions and provide progress updates. * Coordinating with agents to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet service requirements. * Maintaining accurate records and preparing formal reports or statements. * Generating invoices and responding to enquiries promptly.
