We are recruiting an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant for our Birmingham office. This hybrid desk handles Temporary & Permanent placement in the Charity sector, working with existing clients and candidates.
Salary: ÂŁ25,000âÂŁ26,000 base (plus commission)
Location: Birmingham, hybrid (2â3 days in office)
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of 360 Recruitment Consultant experience, including temporary recruitment.
- Experience running a highâperforming desk within an agency.
- Confident in business development and cold calling.
- Strong research skills and desire to become an expert in the field.
- Ability to build rapport with people at all levels, faceâtoâface and on the phone.
- Essential background in agency recruitment.
- Team player, willing to exceed expectations.
- Sense of urgency and deadline orientation.
Key role responsibilities:
- Candidate Management: Own candidate pool generation, including targeted advertising and networking via LinkedIn and other professional media, monitoring job boards, generating referrals, and administrative compliance â effectively register candidates to build a database. Maintain high standards of candidate care before and after placement, ensuring continuity of communication.
- Business Generation & Client Management: Selfâmotivated to generate new business through cold sales calls. Grow the Morgan Hunt brand positively. Prioritise business opportunities correctly, including developing relationships with clients to secure repeat business, consistent telephone contact, conducting effective meetings, proactively seeking service reviews, consistently meeting set deadlines, developing specialist knowledge of the chosen sector, and delivering endâtoâend consultancy, exceeding client and candidate expectations.
