Job Title: Employability Tutor (mat cover) - Watford
Location: Watford
Salary: £23,000 - £32,000
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for maternity cover (up to 12 months)
Work Arrangement: This role will be based on-site, 5 days per week.
About the Role / Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Employability Tutor for maternity cover in Watford. This role offers an opportunity to engage with learners and assist them in achieving their educational objectives in a supportive environment. As a Employability Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering educational programs to post 16 learners that cater to diverse learner needs, ensuring that students build essential skills for their future.
- Deliver engaging and effective Employability training to students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and update training materials to align with educational standards.
- Support students in achieving their educational and career objectives.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Employability education principles.
- Teaching or assessing qualification is required.
- Experience of delivering Employability training is required.
- Experience of working with SEN learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
