Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Director of Student Support & Inclusion to join the College Leadership Team of a forward-thinking FE provider. This strategic role leads an integrated student support model across campuses, safeguarding, SEND, wellbeing, tutorials and careers to improve learner outcomes.
Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you will develop the inclusion strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance, and build partnerships with curriculum teams and external agencies.
