Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Young Person's Outreach Worker to support Looked-After Children and Care Leavers aged 16 and 17, in Bristol and Weston-super-Mare, on a flexible shift basis, including a 24-hour pattern with a sleep-in.
The role is 1:1 and person-centred, focusing on safeguarding wellbeing, building trusting relationships, promoting life skills, and helping access education, training and health services.
