Morgan Hunt currently require an Employee Relations Advisor for Housing Trust based in North London on a Temporary basis. The role is 35 hours per week with hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a 3‑month duration.
You will manage ER casework, provide legally robust guidance to managers and ensure accurate case documentation and reporting. Successful candidates will have 3–5 years ER experience, strong employment law knowledge, and the ability to assess risk while maintaining confidentiality
