Role: Lead the assessment and optimization of building performance, focusing on energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and sustainability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Conduct energy modelling, simulations, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve project outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in building performance and sustainability. Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications/Experience: Degree in Building Services Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in building performance analysis and sustainability practices. Strong knowledge of relevant software tools eg IES-VE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
