Provide administrative support across the procurement lifecycle, including tendering, purchasing and contract administration.

Assist with supplier onboarding, quotation processes and maintaining procurement records.

Support the preparation of procurement documentation and ensure compliance with public sector policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate procurement data and update e-procurement systems.

Experience providing administrative support within a procurement or purchasing environment, preferably in the public sector.

Knowledge of public procurement processes, governance and compliance requirements.

Experience using e-procurement and financial systems.
