RNN Group is seeking an Executive Director of People & Culture to lead its people agenda across four campus hubs and 800–1,000 staff. Reporting to the Principal & CEO, you will own HR, payroll, talent acquisition, L&D, wellbeing and culture, driving strategic change and operational effectiveness.
You will shape a Group-wide People Strategy, partner with the CEO and Board, and build a high-performing function with a proactive, commercial stance.
