Job Description
People Partner – Education sector – Uxbridge – c£44,000
This is a great opportunity for an experienced People Partner or HR Generalist to join a leading education organisation going through a period of exciting organisational change.
Reporting into an Assistant People Director you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational People support. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Managing complex employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies
- Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans
- Supporting on organisational change projects including restructures
- Driving People Projects including talent management and diversity initiatives
- Collaborating on training and development initiatives
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and the broader HR team
You should be an experienced People Partner or HR Generalist with a good knowledge of HR best practice and a strong employee relations skill set. A track record of managing complex ER matters and developing workforce plans needs to be combined excellent stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills and an ability to work on HR projects is essential. A background in the education sector would be ideal but is not essential.
