Reporting into a Senior People Partner you will work closely with the Engineering Department to drive people performance, engagement and organisational success.Your key responsibilities will include:-Providing guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsSupporting leadership in managing performance and disciplinary issuesSupporting the recruitment process to attract top talent for key roles within the organisationChampioning employee engagement initiatives and monitoring overall employee satisfactionIdentifying training and development needs and working with Learning & Development team to design relevant programmesUsing people insights and data to influence decision making and improve performanceYou should be an experienced People Partner or an HR Generalist with a track record of working in a complex fast-paced environment. Experience of the rail/transportation sector would be an advantage but is not essential. An excellent knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with an ability to coach and influence managers and leaders. A data driven approach and a commercial mindset are also important.
