We are seeking a detail-oriented Oracle Report Analyst to design, develop, and maintain high-quality reports across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement. This role plays a key part in enabling informed decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and trusted data across multiple enterprise systems. You will contribute to strengthening reporting capability and ensuring consistent data flows between core ERP, performance management, and operational systems. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain operational, statutory, and management reports using enterprise reporting and analytics tools.
- Work closely with functional stakeholders (Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement) to translate business requirements into automated, well-structured reporting solutions.
- Develop standardised reporting packs to support performance monitoring at multiple organisational levels.
- Support integrated reporting across finance, people, and operational systems, ensuring consistency and alignment of data.
- Create and maintain a central reporting catalogue and data dictionary to promote clarity, consistency, and reuse.
Data Quality & Governance
- Validate and reconcile report outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support data integrity checks across systems, contributing to a reliable single source of truth for key people and financial data.
- Collaborate with data governance stakeholders to ensure reporting complies with data protection, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Experience & Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise ERP data structures across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement.
- Advanced SQL and analytical skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain management and statutory reports.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Data, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
