Morgan Hunt is currently seeking a Repairs Contract Administrator for Housing Trust based in Didsbury or Oldham on a temporary basis. Pay rate £14.56ph (PAYE + WTR), 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Location: Didsbury or Oldham. The role involves providing admin support to the Repairs Team, raising approved repairs to subcontractors, updating system records and spreadsheets, and assisting the Planning Team with day-to-day operations.
