What you'll be doingPlanning and delivering engaging lessons for learners with SEND.Teaching skills that support independence, employability and everyday life.
Adapting activities and resources to suit different learning and communication needs.
Tracking progress against individual learning targets and EHCP outcomes.
Working with support staff and wider college teams to create a positive learning environment. What we're looking forExperience teaching learners with SEND or within Foundation Learning. A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
Confidence differentiating lessons for learners with a range of needs. A patient, creative approach and strong classroom communication skills. Experience delivering Functional Skills or accredited Entry Level programmes would be beneficial.
