Position: Financial & Legal Sector Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Base (Plus Commission)

Location: London – Hybrid working (3 days office based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management: Takes ownership of candidate pool generation through targeted advertising and networking via LinkedIn and other professional media sources. Monitors job boards. Generates referrals. Administrative compliance – effectively registers candidates to build candidate database. Ensures all aspects of candidate care are delivered to Morgan Hunt’s standards, ensuring continuity of communication before and after placement.
  • Business Generation & Client Management: Self‑motivated to generate new business through cold sales calls. Positively grows both personal and Morgan Hunt brand. Prioritises business opportunities correctly. Develops relationships with clients to ensure repeat business secured. Maintains consistent telephone contact. Proactively seeks service reviews. Consistently meets set deadlines. Develops specialist knowledge of chosen sector. Delivers end‑to‑end consultancy service, exceeding client and candidate expectations.
