Academic Standards and Compliance Manager (FE & HE)
About the Role / Job Summary
Our College client is seeking an experienced and driven Academic Standards and Compliance Manager to lead quality assurance, academic standards, and regulatory compliance across further education and higher education.
In this key role, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure robust quality systems are in place and consistently applied.
You will act as the operational lead for academic compliance, overseeing awarding body requirements, Of S regulations, and academic governance, while ensuring all provision meets regulatory expectations and maintains high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on quality assurance and compliance across further and higher education.
- Oversee audits, quality monitoring, and reporting procedures.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance and risk management.
- Support continuous improvement across the student lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including awarding bodies and regulatory agencies.
- Manage academic governance and ensure adherence to Of S regulations.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in academic standards, compliance, or quality assurance. Established relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of FE/HE regulations.
Education Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in education or compliance.
- Professional certifications in quality assurance or compliance are desirable.
