Morgan Hunt are working in partnership with a well-regarded organisation to recruit an HR Data Migration Analyst to support a key transformation programme, migrating people data from legacy systems into SAP SuccessFactors. This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in a high-profile data migration project, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and programme teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data mapping and data modelling across legacy and target systems
- Data reconciliation and business validation activities
- Identifying and analysing data defects, errors and inconsistencies
- Supporting data remediation and cleansing activities
- Managing your own workload in line with the project plan and timelines
- Providing regular updates and contributing to programme status reporting
- Supporting business readiness activities
- Contributing to UAT preparation and execution
- Assisting users during parallel payroll runs
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong data analysis skills – with proven ability to interpret and present complex data to support decision‑making and resolve migration issues
- Data migration experience – including cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting migration challenges
- Stakeholder management expertise – confident working with internal teams and third‑party suppliers
