Key Details
- A relevant higher qualification in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related subject, with a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong knowledge of Computing and IT, including current industry developments, vocational programmes and digital learning technologies.
- Excellent teaching, communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate learners and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion, continuous professional development, and supporting students to achieve their learning goals.
Requirements
- A qualified IT/Computing professional with relevant industry knowledge and experience.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and support students.
- Must have DBS on update service.
