Join a leading further education institution as a temporary Apprenticeship Administrator supporting the apprenticeship team with compliance, onboarding, and records management. This role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, confidentiality, and structured processes, helping maintain high standards across apprenticeship delivery and employer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team, ensuring timely processing of onboarding and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate apprentice records, enrolment documents, and training files in line with funding and audit requirements.
- Coordinate apprenticeship reviews, meetings, and appointments with employers, tutors, and other stakeholders.
- Track attendance, progress, achievements, and completion dates, escalating concerns as needed.
- Respond to enquiries from apprentices, employers, and college staff in a professional and timely manner.
- Update databases and spreadsheets, prepare reports, and support funding and audit processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within education, apprenticeships, or a regulated environment
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
